We accept returns and refunds up to 14 days after delivery for any unused items or items that do not meet customer satisfaction. We will process full refunds for any items that meet that criteria.
To return an item, you can email support@woofstock.shop or reach out to us on our Facebook page at @woofstock.shop or our Instagram page at @woofstock.shop. If you are returning an unused item for a different size, color, or other variation, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item to us within 3-5 business days. Your new item will arrive about 1-2 weeks after you contact us for a return.
To process a refund for an item, you can reach out to us on our email, Facebook, or Instagram pages to request your refund. You'll need to provide the confirmation number you received for your order. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original method of purchase. You are not required to return the item to us to receive a refund.
